Jen Hinkel

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT: JENNIFER HINKEL, MSC

Jennifer Hinkel is an oncology market access and health economics leader with two decades of experience across pharma, biotech, digital health, and policy. She has held leadership roles at Roche, Genentech, Caris Life Sciences, and NCCN, and has also contributed to NASA’s Convergent Aeronautics Solutions program on innovation and strategic foresight. Her work bridges science, technology, and commercialization, and has shaped strategies in access, evidence, data, and digital platforms across the US, UK, Europe, and Latin America.

Jennifer has built and led practices focused on oncology and specialty therapeutics, supporting dozens of drug launches and market expansions. She serves on the Board of Directors at technology startups The Data Economics Company and Popularium, Inc., advises early-stage firms and advocacy groups at the intersection of science, technology, and patient impact, and is Co-Editor-in-Chief of Blockchain in Healthcare Today: Platform Approaches in Healthcare, the leading peer-reviewed journal on digital and platform models in health care.

She holds degrees from Georgia Tech (BS International Affairs) and the London School of Economics (MSc International Health Policy) and is completing her DPhil in Evidence-Based Health Care at the University of Oxford. She has lectured on health economics, holds patents in health care technology, and has published widely in HEOR and health services research. As a survivor of Stage III Hodgkin Lymphoma, Jennifer brings a personal commitment to oncology innovation. She founded Resilience Racing, the first all-cancer-survivor sailing team, and co-founded the 40 Under 40 in Cancer awards to celebrate leadership in the oncology community.
